Your First Visit
During your first visit to our office, you will find the reception area warm and inviting. We offer comfortable seating in a relaxing atmosphere. Our front office staff will welcome you and answer any questions you may have.
We ask new patients to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to finalize any new patient forms or review any insurance information.
To lower your wait time, you are welcome to print and complete your New Patient Paperwork form prior to your appointment.

The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you.
